PI Midlantic’s Getting Started with PI webinar is designed for new users of the Predictive Index software and methodology. During this session attendees will receive a high-level overview of talent optimization, the Predictive Index assessments, what those assessments measure, and how to effectively navigate the Predictive Index software. The session also provides a brief overview of practical applications within the workplace, showcasing tools, reports, and where to find them in the software.
