Drive Results With Talent

In this two-day course, participants will cover the four aptitudes of talent optimization, learn how to utilize talent data insights to understand what drives employees, and apply PI’s data-driven hiring approach to build high-performing teams and a positive culture.

All participants will need a PI login prior to beginning the course. Please contact your account administrator to receive your login.

Virtual Training

PI Midlantic offers interactive Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) workshops facilitated through Zoom. Virtual Drive Results with Talent programs are spread across three days through five Zoom sessions. Cost: $2,100 per participant.

Inspire People to Perform

Inspire People to Perform is a one-day course wherein leaders and managers increase self-awareness and learn how to manage others and improve group dynamics through leveraging the power of people data and the Predictive Index.

PI login credentials are strongly recommended prior to beginning the course, but are not required. Please contact your administrator regarding PI software access.
