Steve and his team train leaders to leverage the PI data to manage and motivate their teams more effectively and build their teams with a plan. And most importantly, help their clients build organizations that are committed, aligned, and poised to succeed.

Mr. Picarde and his wife, JK, have been married for 19 years and have three great kids. When he is not traveling on business, you can usually find him on a boat, a golf course, or acting as an Uber driver for his kids to their various sporting events.

His expertise spans leadership development, organizational design, talent acquisition, and culture transformation. In addition to his consulting work, Chris serves as a Master Trainer for PI Midlantic’s Open Workshop Certifications, where he equips leaders and HR professionals to unlock the full potential of their teams.

A graduate of Randolph-Macon College with a B.S. in Political Science, Chris captained both the soccer and tennis teams. He was born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland, where he lives with his wife Meghan and their Chocolate Lab, Finn.
