PI Midlantic hosts in-person and virtual workshops to fit the needs of your organization.
In this two-day course, participants will cover the four aptitudes of talent optimization, learn how to utilize talent data insights to understand what drives employees, and apply PI’s data-driven hiring approach to build high-performing teams and a positive culture.

PI Midlantic Predictive Index workshops are held in our Talent Optimization Center located at 105 Eastern Avenue, Suite 103, Annapolis, MD 21403 (unless otherwise specified). Cost: $2,300 per participant.
PI Midlantic offers interactive Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) workshops facilitated through Zoom. Virtual Drive Results with Talent programs are spread across three days through five Zoom sessions. Cost: $2,100 per participant.
