They invest in their managers by training them to manage and motivate their teams more effectively. And most importantly, Steve helps them align their talent with the goals of the organization.

Steve Picarde joined PI Midlantic in 2001 at the ground level, in a marketing and lead generation capacity. A couple of years later he began to take on clients of his own and build out his business. Today, he actively works with 100+ companies and was recently named Predictive Index Associate of the Year.

As President of PI Midlantic Steve's role is to support their continued growth through managing day-to-day operations, developing their associate network, and representing PI Midlantic as a national speaker at various leadership and talent conferences.
