Rebecca VanDerveer

Rebecca VanDerveer joined PI Midlantic in 2019 as our Client Success Partner. Working alongside our consultants, she is a strategic partner in driving the adoption of the PI program and software utilization with clients. Rebecca is a Certified Predictive Index Trainer and specializes in facilitating workshops for HR professionals, managers, and business leaders.

She holds a Master’s of Education, with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction & Adult Learning Theory from Salisbury University. Starting her career in Student Affairs, Rebecca has also worked as a Tasting Room Manager for a small local winery and as an Account Executive for a third-party logistics company. Across a diverse background of experience, the common thread has been Rebecca’s care and attention to the customer experience.

When not in the office, Rebecca enjoys rooting for the Washington Capitals and exploring trails with her husband and their golden retriever, Sadie.
