Clayton Ramsey

Clayton leads our Client Success Team and customer service initiatives at PI Midlantic. Since joining in 2015, Clayton has provided PI Midlantic clients with the world-class care and consulting they require. From onboarding and helping new PI-users implement our programs to tackling special projects and training our clients in the Predictive Index methodology, Clayton does it all. Aside from making sure our Predictive Index practitioners are successful in leveraging the PI talent optimization suite, he is also part of a multi-functional team that executes marketing initiatives and other back-of-the-office operations.

After earning his B.S. from the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University, Clayton began his career in the world of technical recruiting, and has also held positions in sales and marketing working with international companies like Cox Target Media and Cision Ltd. He also founded and is currently serving as Vice President of the Zachary Gerald Knight Foundation, a growing 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Severna Park, MD.

Clayton was raised in the greater Annapolis area, where he currently resides with his wife, daughter, and Barley their big, goofy Great Dane. In his free time, you'll typically find him golfing, boating, or at home brewing his own beer.
