Chris joined the PI Midlantic team in 2017. His primary focus is on sales development, training, and servicing clients, with a specific focus helping clients align their talent with the company’s goals and objectives.

Chris earned his his B.S. in Political Science from Randolph-Macon College, where he captained the soccer and tennis teams. He began his career in the talent acquisition and recruiting services industry with Aerotek in the Virginia Beach area.  After moving back to Annapolis, Chris was one of the original members of CORT Business Services' Higher Education division.  Chris ranked in the Top Three in Sales every year and led all sales in 2014. He was also responsible for spearheading national initiatives, training new hires, and developing new national furniture management programs.  Before leaving for an opportunity in surgical sales, Chris had been a vital contributor to the Higher Education division, accounting for roughly 25% of overall revenue.

After spending two years in Ophthalmic surgical sales, Chris made the leap into the “family business.”

Chris was born and raised in Annapolis, MD, where he currently resides. In his free time, you will find him spending time with his two rescue dogs, playing soccer, tennis, and golf, and being the "fun uncle" of his two nieces and two nephews.
