Alexis Finley (Sutton)

Talent Optimization Advisor

Individualist

Alexis (Sutton) Finley serves as a trusted advisor to her clients by helping them decode and leverage their greatest competitive advantage—"People." Alexis has a passion for empowering leaders to create high-performing teams and cultures that push everyone to the top of their game—where roles and personalities complement one another, and the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts. It was this passion that led her to the Predictive Index (PI) in 2012. Employing Talent Optimization's objective data-driven metrics, Alexis guides the implementation of an effective and intentional People Strategy that fits 'hand-in-glove' with an organization's business strategy to drive bottom-line results.

Alexis honed her leadership and people management skills at Rutgers University Newark as the First Assistant Head Coach for the Women's Soccer Team, and also as a Youth Travel Team Head Coach. Her primary coaching focus was to instill a strong teamwork ethic and view losses as opportunities for growth, both individually and as a team.

Alexis's client-centric approach and strong work ethic began in her family-owned restaurant, where she started as a young teen. She wore many hats from helping in the kitchen, to wait staff to manager to her ongoing role as Digital Marketing Manager. She has helped her "family-owned business" keep up with today's industry changes and trends. Alexis uses the same approach with her clients by helping them optimize their talent and evolve with the ever-changing business challenges they may face.

Alexis's client portfolio includes startups to Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise ranges from strategic planning, organization design, talent acquisition, leadership development, corporate cultures and team effectiveness. Her industry experience encompasses manufacturing, finance & private equity, technology, hospitality, and pharmaceuticals. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
