Kelly Gitchell

Kelly joined PI Midlantic in April 2026 as a Client Success Partner, where she supports clients in implementing and maximizing the Predictive Index to build stronger, more effective teams. In her role, Kelly focuses on client onboarding, relationship management, and ensuring each client feels confident and supported throughout their experience.

Kelly brings a strong foundation in communication and relationship-building to her work. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Lifespan and Digital Communication at Old Dominion University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University. Her academic background, combined with her organizational skills and people-first mindset, allows her to connect with clients and help them navigate solutions with clarity and confidence.

Originally from Virginia Beach and raised in Annapolis, Kelly is an outgoing, people-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants with her partner, Connor, traveling, and spending time with her pets — including her cat Reese and her family’s dogs, Ruby and Raven.
