Jill Spann

Jill Spann joined PI Midlantic in 2025 as the Training and Administration Coordinator.

In this role, she supports the development and delivery of internal and client-focused training programs while ensuring seamless administrative operations. She brings a strong foundation in organizational management, backed by a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Fort Hays State University.

A natural collaborator, Jill is energized by bringing people together and supporting shared goals. Her people-first mindset and strong organizational instincts help create smooth, well-orchestrated experiences for both teams and clients. She is especially passionate about learning and development, meaningful connection, and creating environments where others can grow and succeed.

Coffee is her fuel, and outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children and being as close to the water as possible.
