He is passionate about his work with leaders and their teams to accelerate their success and significance through courageous leadership to create the legacy that is important to them and having the right team is essential.
Eric’s career has included both corporate and entrepreneurial experiences after graduation from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. His corporate experience includes working for Procter and Gamble and Summa Industries.
As an entrepreneur, he helped grow a manufacturing business through the sale to a publicly traded company. Eric stayed on in the role of President; under his leadership the company grew six-fold in the next nine years. He was able to identify and successfully integrate four strategic acquisitions, develop international partnerships, clearly identify and execute a successful growth strategy during his tenure.
