Our 50-question, 12-minute assessment helps you determine how well a person will meet the cognitive demands of any given position. This 12-minute assessment will give you more insight into a candidate’s likelihood of success than a one-hour interview would.
Assessment takers get 50 multiple-choice questions – across three cognitive ability categories (verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning) and nine subcategories – and are instructed to solve as many as they can in 12 minutes. The result is a scaled number that indicates both their capacity to carry out the mental demands of the position and their ability to absorb and process complex information. In other words, their learning agility. Will they learn quickly, can they figure things out on their own, and will they meet or exceed expectations? You’ll never again have to guess if they’re cut out for the job.”
