SUMMARY:When Strengths Collide: How behavioral differences create conflict and how strong teams use them to build trust and accountability
DESCRIPTION:This session explores why workplace conflict is inevitable and how it can be both constructive and destructive. Conflict often stems not just from visible behaviors\, but from deeper unmet needs\, perceptions\, and differing work styles. Using real-world examples\, conflict is reframed as an opportunity for growth when managed effectively. It introduces the Predictive Index (PI) as a practical framework for understanding behavioral differences and improving collaboration and accountability. \nWhat participants will learn by attending this webinar: \n\nHow workplace conflict is defined\, why it occurs\, and the hidden “iceberg” factors that drive it beneath the surface\nThe difference between healthy\, constructive conflict and damaging\, destructive conflict; and why “artificial harmony” can be harmful\nThe organizational impact of unresolved conflict\, including productivity loss\, dissatisfaction\, and reduced trust\nHow PI behavioral drives (Dominance\, Extraversion\, Patience\, and Formality) influence how individuals experience and handle conflict\nPractical ways to use PI tools\, such as relationship guides and team analytics\, to resolve conflict between individuals and within teams\nHow to turn behavioral understanding into concrete action steps that build trust and accountability\n\nConflict is not the problem.
