Know Thyself: A Look at Self-Awareness

September 18 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Self-awareness has been cited as the most important capability for leaders to develop. So, what is it, why do we need it, and how can we attain it?

While many of us are drawn to exploring Team Work Styles and breaking down the fascinating team distribution charts (“Look, we’re 68% low Cs!”), Talent Optimization Advisor Vicki Myoda will take time during this webinar to fully focus on our own personal traits. After all, the only constant factor in every interaction you’ll have today is, well, you.

Drawing on research published in the Harvard Business Review and the MIT Sloan Management Review, Vicki will discuss:

  • The difference between internal self-awareness (how clearly we see our own behaviors, strengths, and impact on others) and external self-awareness (understanding how other people view us)
  • How our PI profiles can help us gain these critical insights.
