Lea Sondheimer

Lea Sondheimer joined the PI Midlantic team in 2023 as our Training Coordinator.  She supports our 30+ consultants in coordinating Predictive Index training sessions, by working with clients to ensure the logistics, materials and participants are set in advance for each session.

She graduated from University of Maryland Global Campus with a B.A. in Communications and Marketing.  Before joining the PI Midlantic team, she spent 12 years as the owner and operator of a portrait photography business.

Lea is a Maryland native and resides in the greater Annapolis area with her two grown children and two dogs.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking and of course, photography.
