Kevin has 30 years of experience in front line sales management, sales operations and sales executive leadership. He has worked for companies including Henry Schein, Benco Dental, North American Dental Group and Robert Weed Corp. In 2013, Kevin completed the executive program at Harvard Business School; Align Sales and Strategy. Continuing his passion for exceptional sales leadership, in 2017, Kevin completed the Executive Development Program at Wharton Business School.

Kevin’s key focus is working with Senior Leaders to help develop a talent strategy that ensures they are building out a true “Dream Team”. In 2021, Kevin joined PI Midlantic as a Talent Optimization Advisor to help companies and professionals reach exceptional results. Kevin will help you design and implement a people strategy by building powerful teams and cultures to match your business goals and objectives. This powerful strategy will help drive your employees to be more engaged, productive, and satisfied. Additionally, it will increase their self-awareness and facilitate an understanding of an one’s true motivation and natural behaviors through the Talent Optimization discipline and Predictive Index methodology.
