Kevin Dell'Oro

Kevin J. Dell’Oro is a Talent Optimizer for PI MIdlantic supporting clients of his firm, The BainBridge Group. As an entrepreneur, business owner, and leader, Kevin understands the value of professional and personal growth. For the last 20+ years, Kevin has been helping business leaders drive business growth. Throughout his career, he has served others by developing strategy and implementation plans that seek to capture the business’ growth opportunities. He is an owner in multiple businesses, a consultant, and an angel investor.

Prior to The BainBridge Group, Kevin co-founded the growth strategy consulting firm, Springhill Consulting Group, where he worked across a broad range of clients and industries (Caterpillar, Johnson & Johnson, Pepsico, and Verizon to name a few).

Kevin earned an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Bowdoin College. He is passionate about learning and helping business leaders navigate the challenges of growing professionally and personally.
