1) Selling Skills Assessment Tool (SSAT)

The SSAT uses the power of the Predictive Index System to assess the sales and judgment skills of individuals, teams, and the company as a whole. The SSAT is designed to work across many industries and types of sales positions.

The online survey assesses the five critical skills essential for a customer-focused and consultative approach to selling:

  • Building trust and credibility
  • Identifying client needs
  • Presenting products/services and articulating their value
  • Handling objections and gaining agreement for the sale
  • Creating customers for life with effective positioning

2) Customer-Focused Selling (CFS)

CFS is a companion program to the SSAT. The CFS teaches the core competencies for selling based on the areas of improvement identified by the SSAT. CFS is available in one or two day workshops that will give participants the tools to achieve better sales results.

3) Influence Skills Assessment Tool (ISAT)

The ISAT is an online survey that provides data on the ability of the test taker to influence those around them. The results will measure strenghts and areas needing growth.

The ISAT measures 25 aspects of influence in five key areas:

  • Building trust and credibility
  • Understanding the situation and specific needs
  • Presenting ideas and articulating their value
  • Handling objections and gaining agreement
  • Creating long-term relationships with effective positioning
