Steve Picarde

President

Steve is the President and founder of PI Midlantic.  In 1985 he realized two things; he was a lousy employee, and he was fascinated by this great tool called Predictive Index®. The rest is history.

Steve has worked with clients in nine countries, is a frequent speaker on leadership development and talent management, an executive coach, and sits on several corporate and community boards.  Steve and his associates partner with senior executives in over 200 organizations, helping them achieve their goals through maximizing their talent.

Steve was Director of Management Planning for Dart Drug Stores, and a principal at Scheduling Dynamics Inc, consulting with food and drug chains nationally.

He has a BS Pharmacy from Northeastern University, and graduate work at George Washington University.  He considers his education and experience equally relevant and irrelevant.

While he loves the work, he is most proud of his family, and the many friends he’s made among his clients around the world.  He is often found playing tennis, golfing, boating or cycling.  None of them particularly well.

Some might refer to such efforts as human resources management. Following one more stint in the government contracting arena, Bill joined PI Midlantic in 1998 and has enjoyed every minute of his work-life assisting his clients, so much so, that it never feels like work.

For all you Johns Hopkins University or University of Maryland alums out there, you might appreciate that Bill graduated from each school – MAS from JHU and BS from UM. Bill grew up in Baltimore, but after being hooked by the boating/fishing bug, moved to Annapolis in 1990 where he currently resides with his lovely wife Alma.
