This video is meant to answer the question: What is the Predictive Index?

The Predictive Index behavioral assessment is a survey where a respondent is asked to select from a checklist of adjectives that describe how they view themselves versus how they think other people expect them to act or be.

Once a survey is completed, the answers are interpreted according to a 4-factor model of personality made up of Dominance, Extroversion, Patience, and Formality.

Based on where the results place the respondent on each of the four personality scales, an overall assessment is made that predicts workplace performance.

The Predictive Index assessment is used as a part of a suite of programs that address talent acquisition, talent development, change management, and growth strategy in a business setting.
