October Survey Results

According to findings from the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM’s) 2015 Job Satisfaction and Engagement survey report, the employer-employee relationship is very important to making the employee feel motivated. We decided to run our own survey to get more information on how employees would like to see their employers change.
In October PI Midlantic asked our social media followers and visitors to our website: "If the person to whom you report could change one thing to make you more motivated, engaged, and happy at work what would it be?". The results are in.
